About the firm
Errol Kantor has practiced law since 1965. His work focuses on aviation law, personal injury cases, and probate. He also has a general practice of law.
He regularly represents clients who have certificate action and negligence or wrongful death claims related to aviation.
Mr. Kantor has extensive experience in the field of aviation law. He has been a FAA-certified pilot for more than 40 years. He currently holds a private pilot's certificate with the following ratings:
Aircraft single-engine land.
Aircraft single-engine sea.
Aircraft multi-engine land.
Instrument aircraft.
He has in-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, particularly 14 CFR, and has worked with that governmental agency on numerous occasions.
Mr. Kantor is a member of the Lawyer-Pilot Bar Association, which is dedicated to aviation safety, the just administration of the law, and continuing legal eduation. He has served as both president and treasurer of that organization. Mr. Kantor is currently chair of the association's Continuing Legal Education committee.
